PROJECT COORDINATOR

Robert T. Runazi 

I have over 18 years of industry experience in project management, business analysis, project finance and strategy execution. I was a Projects Manager for the Development Bank of Rwanda (BRD) for six (6) years. Previously, I worked as a Project Management consultant with African Development Bank, Rwanda Field Office. I was also a visiting lecturer for two years at the College of Science and Technology of the University of Rwanda in the faculty of architecture. I held directorship positions on the board of some local companies, namely, NPD (Road Construction Company); Edge Hostels (a real estate investment firm); RIEC (private equity fund); RPE (real estate development firm) and UDL (real estate development firm). 

I am an ordained Pastor at Zion temple celebration centre, Kigali, under the leadership of Apostle Dr. Paul Gitwaza, where I serve on several Church committees. For the last decade I have been the organizer of an annual international conference that brings together tens of thousands of people from different nationalities to Kigali, Rwanda. The conference is about promote Godly value systems in all spheres of our lives.

I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute and an alumni of the University of Oxford executive training programs in finance.  I hold two Masters’ degrees in International Management from the SOAS – University of London and Construction Management from Coventry University (UK).

PROJECT ASSISTANT COORDINATOR

STEVEN

With over 12 years of work experience in Human Resource Management with diversified expertise in People Management and Organizational Development especially in Public Sector. He is currently the Director for People Management Unit at Rwanda Revenue Authority where he led several transformational projects such as New Operating Model Project which took place in 2019 to 2022.

He is certified Strategic HR Professional, a Member of Charted Institute of Charted Institute for Personnel and Development (CIPD) and co-founder of the Rwandan Human Resources Management Organization (RHRMO) affiliated to the AFHRMA (African Federation of Human Resource Management Associations) as well as the World Federation of People Management Associations (WFPMA).

For Mount Hermon Project, he assisting the Project Manager to assure that deliverables of the project are met effectively.

PROJECT ARCHITECT ADVISOR

JOSEPHINE MUDENGE

Josephine Kairaba Mudenge is an Architect and Project Manager with 17 years of experience in the Construction Industry. She has worked on design, design review and Project Management on major projects in Rwanda; like Kigali Innovation City Masterplan, Convention Center, Kigali Arena (BK Arena), Nyandungu Eco-Toursim Park and is currently as Architect and Design Manager on Amahoro National Stadium project (45,000 seater stadium) . Other projects categories include Social, Religious, residential and institutional among others.

Josephine Kairaba has a Master’s degree in Architecture from University of Kwazulu Natal-Durban, South Africa and a Project Management Professional from Project Management Institute in Pennsylvania, USA.  She specializes in Architecture, Interiors and Project Management. Other than her professional career, Josephine is a member of Rwanda Institute of Architects (RIA) Board and current President of East Africa Institute of Architects (EAIA). She has a passion to mentor young people especially girls to pursue their dreams and strive for excellence.
